Great plants aren't built by machines. They're built by people.

See it in action

A two-minute tour of a real plant day.

Branding the app, a min/max from the line, a kaizen idea, switching languages, a damaged rack becoming a maintenance work order, trends, tier meetings and the weekly newsletter.

Make it yours

Your name. Your colors. Your logo.

Plantloop wears your brand, so your people see their company, not ours. An admin sets it in a minute, with no IT ticket, and every screen, phone and tablet follows.

Why plants switch

Off the clipboard. Onto one page.

Most plants run on paper, whiteboards and a dozen spreadsheets nobody else can see. Plantloop puts it all in one place, so problems surface sooner and nothing falls through the cracks between shifts.

Shift reports on clipboardsEnd-of-shift reports that feed the tier meeting, OEE and maintenance on their own.
Min/max on a whiteboardMin/max alerts from the line, answered by the planner on their phone.
Kaizen ideas lost in a spreadsheetEvery idea tracked, answered and shared with your other plants.
Everyone sees the score

See how you're winning, live.

Safety, quality, delivery, cost and people, updated as reports come in. Written so an operator and a plant manager read the same screen the same way.

  • Today on the floor: every department's numbers on one screen.
  • Trends: downtime, first-pass yield, line shortages and more, by shift, line or plant.
  • Tier meetings that fill themselves in from the shift reports.

Every voice counts

Celebrate wins. Hear every idea.

A newsletter that writes itself from last week's numbers, sent to everyone in their own language. Ideas and reports from any phone, in Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Bengali, French, Chinese or English.

  • Weekly newsletter: wins, good catches and the week's focus, by email, Teams and break-room TVs.
  • Write in your language, read in theirs. Every note translates for whoever opens it.
  • Kaizen ideas that get an answer, with the status anyone can check.

  • Skills matrix by line and station, from in training to can train others.
  • Certification alerts 30 days before forklift or lockout cards expire.

Security

Built so your IT team says yes.

Your plant's data is protected at every step, by the database itself and not just the screens. Here is exactly how, in plain words, with nothing your IT team can't check.

Walled offYour company onlyEvery record is tagged to your company, and the database refuses to show it to anyone else. Even a bug in the screens couldn't leak it.
By plantYour sites onlyPeople see the plants they're invited to. Roles decide who can view, submit, edit or approve. Corporate sees every plant.
Sign-inTwo steps for adminsNo passwords to steal: a one-time email code or your Microsoft account. Admins also type a code from an authenticator app.
Every changeAn activity log nobody can eraseWho added, changed or deleted what, and when. Written by the database. Admins can read it but can't edit it. Deleted items can be put back.
IntegrationsKeys you controlAPI keys are stored scrambled, limited to the modules and plant they need, and can be turned off in one click. Updates to your systems are signed.

What's next on security

We tell you what's done and what isn't. Coming next:

  • Independent penetration test by an outside security firm.
  • Per-module permissions checked by the database, not just the screens.
  • A SOC 2 report for Plantloop itself. Until then, the hosting is SOC 2 audited and our controls are documented in the overview.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How long does it take to get started?

Most plants can be running in about a week. We load your lines, departments, parts, suppliers and people from your Excel files, set up your logo and colors, and train each shift on the floor.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Plantloop runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. People can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app. There's nothing for IT to install or update.

How do people sign in?

With their email address and a one-time code, or with their company Microsoft account. Admins invite people and choose their role. Badge-and-PIN sign-in for shared floor tablets is on the way.

Does it replace our ERP or MES?

No. Plantloop works alongside the systems you already run. It can read and update parts, counts and work orders through secure API keys, send updates to your other systems the moment something changes, or take a nightly file from older systems.

Is our data safe? Who can see it?

Each company only ever sees its own data, and the database itself enforces that, not just the screens. Each plant keeps its own records, people only see the plants they're invited to, and roles decide who can view, submit, edit or approve. Admins sign in with two steps, and every change goes into an activity log nobody can edit. See Security for the full picture.

Where is our data stored?

In a US data center run by Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type 2 audited and ISO 27001 certified. Data is encrypted with AES-256 where it's stored and TLS while it travels. The app itself is served by Vercel, which is also SOC 2 Type 2 audited, ISO 27001 certified and TISAX assessed.

Is Plantloop SOC 2 certified?

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. The services that store and serve your data are SOC 2 Type 2 audited. Plantloop's own controls are written up in our security overview, an independent penetration test is next, and a SOC 2 report for Plantloop is on the roadmap. We're happy to answer your security questionnaire.

What happens to our data if we stop using Plantloop?

Your data is yours. Export everything first, through the API or with our help, and then we delete your company's data.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Your IT team can pull any list, from parts to kaizen ideas, through the API at any time.

What languages does it support?

English, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Vietnamese, French and Chinese. People write in their own language, and the reader sees it in theirs, with a button to see the original.

Can we add or remove modules later?

Yes. Each plant picks its own modules, so people only see what they use and you only pay for what's on. Add one any time, and it's ready the same day. Drop one at the end of any month, and its records stay saved in case you turn it back on.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?

Each plant pays for the Plantloop core plus the modules it uses, never per user, so every operator can have an account. Companies with several plants get a discount. Add a module any time and drop one at the end of any month. Most companies start with a 90-day pilot at one plant. Request a quote and we'll send pricing for your plants within one business day.

We have more than one plant. Does that work?

Yes. Each plant has its own records, and corporate can see every plant, compare them, and share parts, racks and good ideas through the plant network.
